Canvas and screens were replaced about four years ago. All windows close completely.

I rebuilt the counter two years ago. This whole unit pops up and folds flat for storage.

The dining table lowers to make a third bed. I guess I should have straightened the sheets before taking the picture!

The clothing closet lowers to the floor during transport. Hey, I straightened this bed! Heater is on lower left and there is storage on both sides.

The camper closes up tight. No leaks and I have through some mean rain. The big window has a timted window that also opens or will allow light in but not early morning cold air.

Ice box under stove has drain.

Hand crank is used to lower the top. Propane tank rides on tongue.

Has propane stove and heater. I've never used the heater, so I disconnected the gas line but I can rehook it, if you like. Stove works great. I rebuilt the counter around the stove and sink two years ago.

The camper has full AC electric and water hookup. Water flows into sink, which drain underneath to a hose connection.

There is also a water storage tank with hand pump, which I haven't used. I recommend giving it a good cleaning before using. When connecting water to the sink, it doesn't flow through the storage tank. There is a separate intake for the tank.

The main problem with the camper is that I washed the real-ugly seat covers after getting new foam when I first bought the camper. I the covers in the dryer and they shrunk immensely and don't fit on the foam. I just use sheets as covers.

The camper pulls great down the road. I had to work on the lighting ground but the lights work great.
